    of the Position:


    The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the daily support, configuration and implementation of HR systems for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, staff management and performance management.

    Will follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.


    Responsibilities:
    Responsible for the HRIS Systems
    Analyzes, designs and maintains information in the human resources information system (HRIS)
    Responsible for the accuracy and data integrity of the HRIS.

    Prepares analysis, summaries and reports involving employee data including time, pay, benefits, and other information contained in the HRIS and other databases.

    Participates in HRIS projects from application selection through requirements, testing, training, and implementation.
    Recommend and implement enhancements and solutions to systems, processes, and policies
    Generate and analyze data reports for management decision-making
    Manage and maintain data integration and reporting for sub-systems and TPAs

    Sets up and maintains security profiles; develops security profiles to meet the needs of the functions and division of responsibilities.

    Provides training and support to users and works with vendors to trouble shoot and resolve issues.
    Basic troubleshooting
    Utilize interpersonal skills when working with internal and external peers to accomplish positive customer service experiences
    Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
    Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Salary:
    $55,000-$60,000 annually

    Requirements:

    Requirements:
    Minimum of 3 years' experience in human resources information systems
    Bachelor's degree in IT systems, Human Resources, Business or related field
    Knowledge of ADP systems required, preferably with specific knowledge of one or more of the following ADP Products: WFN, WFM, Reporting, Recruiting Management, Employee and Manager Self Service Portal
    Strong technical and analytical skills, advanced knowledge in Excel and overall experience with MS Office; Knowledge
    Must have project management experience
    Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization
    Experience within Logistics, Warehousing, Packaging or related industry preferred %6776952% %%hr%%
