    PAY RATE:$20

    LOCATION: HIALEAH

    The primary responsibility involves tracking inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. The Inventory Clerk works closely with various departments to facilitate smooth inventory operations and minimize discrepancies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.

    Conduct regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with records.

    Update inventory databases or software systems with accurate information.

    Identify and report discrepancies or variances in inventory records.

    Assist in forecasting inventory needs to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

    Documentation and Reporting:

    Generate inventory reports detailing stock levels, usage, and trends.

    Maintain accurate documentation of all inventory transactions.

    Prepare and analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement.

    Collaborate with the procurement team to track incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders.

    Provide regular inventory status updates to management and relevant stakeholders.

    Process Improvement:

    Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.

    Identify opportunities to optimize inventory management practices.

    Work with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory-related workflows.

    Participate in training sessions to educate staff on proper inventory procedures.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.

    Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

    Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Familiarity with inventory control best practices and procedures.

    Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.

    Physical ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary.

    Education and Certification:

    High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
