Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center -Gallatin Rehab and Nursing is seeking an MDS Coordinator RN to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.
**No MDS experience required, we will train the right RN candidate
Some MDS Coordinator RN duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.
