Office Hours:
M 11am-7p.m. T 9am-5p.m. W+TH 8am-5p.m.– Treat patients of all ages and all methods of payment (meaning fee of service, traditional PPO insurance, and state Medicaid)– 5OPS, 1 DDS, 2 Hygiene chairs, 1 office Manager, 2 Hygienist – Mostly Restorative workload using oral sedation– Dental Sleep program that is team lead especially by the hygienists– Average Workload – Consistent hygiene scheduled produced $32,000 and saw 130 patients– Tenured staff with multiple employees of 14+ years– On site equipment: Cerec Primescans, CBCT, Solea laser, SprintRay 3D printer, EMS AirFlows– Full-time and part time (2 days per week) options available Offering:– Compensation is $40-$50 per hour (depending on experience)

Weekly Bonus structure of Gross Production:
Varies Monthly (examples-$247 per eligible person per week in December, $51 in January, and $247 in February)– PTO is earned yearly:Year 1-5daysYear 2-10 daysYear 3-15 days– Health Benefits covered in full for provider- 50% for family/independents– 401k-3% match from employer and CE
