A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to support student success and well-being in a school setting located in Circle Pines, MN.
This contract position offers a chance to work closely with students, educators, and families to provide essential psychological services that foster positive educational outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesConduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
Provide counseling and support services to students addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute expert insights and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Desired Qualifications
Masters or specialist degree in School Psychology or related field.
Relevant state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
Experience conducting psychological assessments and interpreting test results.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school staff.
Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work independently within professional guidelines.
