    As Account Manager you will be responsible for:

    Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers within engineering sectorsManage existing account relationships supporting active Client projectsOptimizing business profitability with mid-size accountsClosing deals on service-based contracts or on time-based contractsResponsible for determining proposal and pricing strategy to close sales and win business.

    Support the company to meet its commercial objectivesContinuously recruit, interview and match candidates to have already qualified talent ready to meet customer's current and anticipated needsOrganizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partnersBuilding close customer relationships and staying in close contact with customer managers to gain trust and develop business needs.

    Work within Salesforce to track leads and sales performance data.

    Travel to existing and prospective customer sites to understand and develop solutions to support customer needs, with support from the technical team as needed.


    Requirements:
    Minimum 1 years of experience in sales and managing business relationships is required.
    Experience in cold calling and targeted business prospection efforts. Ability to establish a network of relevant engineering contacts and customers.
    Excellent communication skills with all levels of clients, candidates, and employees.
    Ability to maintain strong business professional relationships. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
    Ability to work under minimal supervision. Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
    Ability to be coachable and adaptable in a changing environment.


    Qualifications:
    MSc or BSc degree in engineering or business, not requiredEngineering, Engineering Services or Automotive background, preferredExcellent communications skills with all levels of candidates, clients and employeesStrong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skillsAbility to work under minimal supervisionAbility to work a flexible schedule as needed

    Salary Range:
    $75,000- $90,000The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
