    Position SummaryThe Surgical Technologist is responsible for assisting with the care and preparation of the surgical patient and the operating room under the direct supervision of an operating room RN.

    The Surgical Technologist has responsibility for the assembly, set-up, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during surgical procedures.

    Work situations are primarily routine but may change rapidly to an emergent or critical situation, and may require both directed and independent decision-making depending on the nature of the situation.

    Requirements
    • National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred
    • CPR certification required

      The pay scale is $ $45.28 USD.

    skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
