    Location: Rochester Hills (Primary)

    Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Reports directly to the Chief Engineer to complete maintenance, repair, and the housekeeping of base building needs (non-production related).
  • Work autonomously on the following:
  • Perform preventive maintenance on:
  • Multiple HVAC, RTU, and other equipment.
  • Required monthly Fire, Life & Safety checks.
  • Perform minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, mechanical.
  • Successful completion all assigned work in a timely fashion.
  • Regularly attend scheduled meetings with client team to review open items.
  • Oversee the Housekeeping staff.
  • Assist with project work and coordinate activities of on-site contractors.
  • Attend regular staff meetings at the Detroit campus.
  • Occasional shift coverage at the Detroit campus when necessary.
  • Participate in the On-call rotation.
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
