- Reports directly to the Chief Engineer to complete maintenance, repair, and the housekeeping of base building needs (non-production related).
- Work autonomously on the following:
- Perform preventive maintenance on:
- Multiple HVAC, RTU, and other equipment.
- Required monthly Fire, Life & Safety checks.
- Perform minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, mechanical.
- Successful completion all assigned work in a timely fashion.
- Regularly attend scheduled meetings with client team to review open items.
- Oversee the Housekeeping staff.
- Assist with project work and coordinate activities of on-site contractors.
- Attend regular staff meetings at the Detroit campus.
- Occasional shift coverage at the Detroit campus when necessary.
- Participate in the On-call rotation.
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
