    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Engineering Expert to join our team.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Provide strategic and technical direction to contractor personnel in the architecture and design of solutions to meet requirements

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Science/Engineering/Electrical or Computer related field of study
    • A minimum of eight years of full lifecycle systems engineering experience in the design, development, and deployment of C5ISR systems within the last ten years
    • A minimum of five years of experience within the last ten years leading engineering teams

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience leading systems-level analysis, requirements generation, prototyping, and modeling
    • Experience as a technical lead in DoD aviation engineering programs
    • Experience as a technical lead in DoD ISR aviation programs
    • Experience developing and integrating ISR sensor components such as: SAR/ISAR radars, SIGINT sensors, Electro-optics sensors, and SATCOM communications systems
    • Experience in DoD T&E
    • Master's degree or higher in a Science/Engineering/Electrical or Computer related field of study

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

    Physical Requirements:

    • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
    • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $129,200-$215,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
