    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: •Serves as principal subject matter expert within the team and across the staff model business that focuses on healthcare quality improvement programs
    • Responsible for achieving clinic goals and driving improved efficiencies for the following key operational metrics: utilization management; patient experience/satisfaction and provider satisfaction
    • Leads engagements focused on the development, implementation, and the evaluation of quality measures and other tools using data
    • Collaborates with all members of the healthcare team to develop and implement tactical plans focused on healthcare quality including opportunities for evidence generation, stakeholder engagement, advocacy and education
    • Responsible for the deliverables for projects on which the RN is the executive sponsor
    • Solves complex issues in a timely and efficient manner with minimal management oversight
    • Identify clinical staff learning needs and then develop a planned approach to bridging the gap
    • Develop specific population health programs that drive improved patient care
    • Oversee, coordinate and implement regulatory activities and site reviews as required to ensure a state of continuous readiness
    • Ensure that all clinics comply with and understand the quality program, reporting elements and regulatory requirements
    • Develop and organize annual training for clinical staff; provide remedial education as needed
    • Participates in community education and service projects
    • Participates on the organizational Safety Committee
    • Participate in the planning and development of any clinic policies and procedures for clinic
    • Knowledge of medical risk management
    • All other duties as assigned
    • Education and/or Experience:
    • Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing Program; Masters preferred
    • Holds a valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of California
    3. 3 years of acute care or outpatient experience

    4. 2-3 years of managed care experience, a plus


    • Leadership skills with the ability to direct the activities of other within a project team setting
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Extensive knowledge of health care regulatory requirements
    • Strong experience in developing and managing large, complex projects
    • Proven analytical ability in identifying problems, developing solutions and implement effective courses of action
    • Demonstrated ability and success to lead organizations through regulatory reviews
    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and medical periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and state and federal regulations
    • Ability to effectively write reports, correspondence and policy/procedure manuals.
    • Ability to present information and respond to questions posed from various groups and audiences
