    Job Description

    We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Manager to join the Equinox team. The Spa Manager is a results-oriented leader who directs the staff at one of our Flagship locations to the highest level of customer service, total customer experience, and operational excellence.

    The Spa Manager will be responsible for:

    • Hiring & Training of Spa Desk Staff
    • Scheduling Desk Staff
    • Coaching of staff
    • Service revenue goals
    • Retail revenue goals
    • Event planning
    • Direct client outreach
    • Direct client in-reach
    • Product inventory

    To be successful in this role, you should have:

    • Customer Service experience
    • Management experience and/or experience in Hotel Spas is preferred
    • 1-2 years Spa Experience
    • Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics licensure and/or experience is a bonus

    This position offers a competitive salary range of $66,560 - $69,000 per year and opportunities for bonuses. Additionally, as a member of the Equinox team, you will receive:
