We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team We are an energetic, fast pace multispecialty ambulatory surgical center. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper verification procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Provide exceptional customer services to all patients
• Document preparation for consultations
• Manage all incoming and outgoing patient referrals
• General phone coverage

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
