Content Marketing: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling digital campaign and always on content across all Digital Platforms
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital content marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. Online Presence Management: Oversee the optimization of the brand's website and manage the brand's presence across various digital platforms.
SEO and SEM Optimization: Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
E-commerce Growth: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to create consumer communication to drive online sales and improve the overall digital shopping experience.
Develop and implement the D2C strategy to drive online sales and brand growth through direct customer engagement.
Manage the end-to-end D2C operations, including website management, product assortment, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of D2C initiatives.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the D2C channel.
Develop and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).
Be primary contact of Digital Governance and ensure all Digital Tech platforms & brand assets (Social handles, Youtube channels etc) are compliant and go through regular compliance checks
Knowledge & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketingExpert understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to support and develop the brand. Proven experience in digital marketing in an agency, CPG company or telecom
Experience of digital tech projects management and implementation
Strong analytical skills - strong problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve
Proficiency using tools to track and report asset traffic and metrics
• Understanding of the principles of design for digital communications
• Experience in engaging with reputed digital agenciesKeen understanding of brand positioning, brand strategies and demonstrated ability to carry this understanding into the digital space
Preferred Qualification:
