The Compliance Department is committed to ensuring that the Company establishes a positive, safe working environment while complying with Company, local, State and Federal obligations.The Employee Relations and Compliance Specialist will review evaluate and analyze work environments and procedures to control eliminate workplace injuries Conducts inspections enforces adherence to laws and regulations governing the health safety of individuals.
Promote safety engagement by facilitating attending regular department meetings Implement programs to train supervisors managers employees in worksite safety compliance practices increase proficiency promote a safety-conscious work environment Lead safety compliance inspections conduct hazard risk assessments develop implement appropriate follow-up plans Conduct risk assessments help leadership prioritize initiatives strategies action plans identify analyze risk-related information.
