area. A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Hospice management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team, manage the budget, and oversee branch operations. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply
Job Requirements
Director of Hospice Operations Job Requirements
Medicare Hospice leadership experience as a RN.
Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice regulations.
Clinical, operations, and financial oversite experience.
Director of Hospice Operations Job Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day clinical & branch operations.
Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
Educate the community on hospice services to help grow census.
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
