Description
Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team and provide support to the US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J39 as a STO PlannerAs a STO Planner, you will support the development of plans through the application of operational art and operational design in conjunction with the joint planning process
What you'll be doing:
Support the development of plans through the application of operational art and operational design in conjunction with the joint planning process
Provide mission analysis, develop courses of action (COA) and COA analysis, assist with COA wargaming, and the drafting, coordination, and approval of contingency plans
Support the analysis, development, and integration of adversary-specific details in support plans and Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
Develop SAP/STO OPSEC plans for new programs or update existing OPSEC plans to protect established capabilities
Support the creation, execution, and administrative maintenance of Operational Planning Teams (OPT) in support of contingency plans development and assessment
What you will need:
Space EW background Space Domain Awareness background Previous SAP/STO planning experience highly desired Space-related SAP/STO planning experience Operational experience at a Combatant or Component Command STO Planner's Course completion desired Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Windows BA/BS or MA/MS desired TS/SCI clearance preferred Delta Solutions & Strategies offers a generous benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000
