    Responsibilities:
    • Undertake routine repair and maintenance with a schedule approved by Supervisor
    • Performs pest removal, as necessary
    • Facility and Grounds maintenance
    • Provide direct supervision and scheduling of building maintenance contractors including daily and weekly work order assignments, follow up, and performance evaluation
    • Perform as a project manager in the completion of assigned projects
    • Complete technical tasks and provide solutions to resolve technical and equipment problems
    • Be a subject matter expert for the maintenance of all So Hospitality Group buildings
    • Tests the building systems and performs preventative maintenance periodically
    Qualifications:
    • Broad knowledge of maintenance, construction, plumbing, electrical, and facility operations
    • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8+ hours per day
    • Ability to set priorities and meet daily deadlines
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and ever changing environment
    • Minimum two years experience in repair + maintenance environment or equivalent demonstrated experience
    • Trustworthy and professional
