Assist Logistics Group, LLC is looking to hire CDL A Local Dry Van Drivers in Bensenville, IL. This position presents an exciting opportunity to join a well-established logistics company where you will be responsible for local drop/hook deliveries and airport recoveries within a 100-mile radius of O'Hare Airport. In the past 18 years, we have successfully catered to national accounts like FedEx Customer Critical, Marshal Fields, Bridgestone USA, Target & Petco, as well as numerous other shippers, manufacturers, and transportation companies. Compensation:

• $25 to $30 per hour for 40-55 hours per week
  • Overtime pay at time and a half after 40 hours worked in a consecutive five-day period
  • Employee Referral Bonus of $500 paid after 6 months of employment
  • Annual Holiday Bonus based on Performance
• Bi-weekly direct deposit

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home daily
• Schedule: Monday - Friday+ OT Saturday & Sunday
  • Afternoon Shift starting at 1PM
• Route spans 100 miles around O'Hare Airport
• Mainly Drop & Hook - No Touch Freight

Equipment:

• Late-Model Trucks: International and Freightliner Day Cabs
• Availability of Automatic & Manual trucks
  • Proficiency in Manual driving required
• Tablets with route optimization software installed in all trucks

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 22
• CDL A license (Illinois)
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean record in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWIs in the past 5 years
• Hazmat endorsement not mandatory but advantageous
• Compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and testing requirements
• Successful completion of pre-employment and random drug screenings
• Driver residence must be within 20 miles of Bensenville, IL
