    **Manager, Retail Operations**

    **Where we need help**

    The landscape of Allbirds is changing quickly. Through the addition of retail stores globally and updates to product offerings, we need an organizational wizard to help manage the complexity and drive seamless execution as we scale. This role will be crucial key partner our Supply Chain Team and other cross functional partners supporting the continued new store expansion and standardization of inventory processes, tools, and capabilities to help drive business priorities for our stores and customers

    Identify and implement process and strategy improvements that will enhance daily operations and align with business objectives across the retail store.

    Own a variety of vendor relationships to aid daily operations in store.

    Support labor maximization initiatives and developments.

    Develop close partnership with Distribution, Logistics, and Procurement teams to influence strategy to manage inventory flow to stores.

    Support continuous improvement initiatives related to retail fulfillment, including process/tool development, cross-brand standardization, and omni-channel solutions.

    Manage inventory movement/compliance by supporting stores in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of retail inventory life cycle, including cycle counts, inbound receiving, send backs and end of life.

    Coordinate and collaborate with business partners to implement process and system changes.

    Own, develop, and manage forecasts for business critical supplies to support our global fleet seamlessly.

    Work with vendors to source and distribute branded retail supplies.

    Own key supplier relationship and performance both strategic and tactical.

    A strong people manager that can help development and prop up their team.

    Be flexible with the agility to react to a quickly changing and sometimes hectic environment.

    Provide structure to ambiguity and continuously seek improvement of processes.

    Be vocal on necessary updates to help contribute to the success of the broader Retail Organization.

    Extremely detail oriented while managing multiple work streams.

    Be available during evenings and weekends as needed.

    **More practical skills needed:**

    BA/BS or equivalent work experience

    Remote Eligible, must be located within commutable distance of a US Retail Store in the following states: CA, CO, IL, MA, MN, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, GA, WA, or in Washington DC

    3+ years experience across below:

    Expert in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
