    Description

    We're in search of a seasoned Project Superintendent for construction projects in multi-family housing, senior living, student housing, or hospitality. As the individual in this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring project success.


    Responsibilities:
    • Review various project drawings for details and conflicts
    • Confirm material and equipment criteria
    • Maintain and manage the jobsite efficiently
    • Implement safety measures and adhere to OSHA standards
    • Establish and nurture client relationships
    • Monitor project progress and budgets
    • Implement quality assurance programs
    • Coordinate with different disciplines
    • Oversee project completion

    Requirements:
    • 8+ years of construction experience
    • Preferably experienced in multi-family construction, rough carpentry, and concrete work
    • Knowledge of construction technology and methods
    • Local market knowledge is a plus
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Proficient in using construction management software and Microsoft Office 365
