Description

Transdev is currently seeking a Certified B Technician to join our team in Allentown, PA, where we provide Paratransit transportation services for LANTA.

We are looking for skilled and experienced fleet and/or auto technicians who can diagnose and repair vehicles and equipment, conduct daily safety inspections, all while working under general supervision.

Perform transit vehicle maintenance in compliance with Transdev standards.
Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair all assigned transit vehicles and related mechanical equipment.
Maintenance experience with all types of heavy-duty transit equipment.
For Mechanic B Level: 3-4 years of experience.

Possession of three H or T series an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification of which two must consist of T6, T7, H6, or H7 required.

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret safety documents, blueprints, schematics, and other mechanical diagrams.
Read, write, and speak English for Safety reasons.
Must be flexible with shifts or work schedules as needed.
Exposure to water, fumes, and chemicals may occur.
