    Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist – Pre-Litigation, NJ

    Overview: We are Brandon J. Broderick Attorney at Law, one of the fastest growing Law Firms in the Tri-state area. Our team of professionals is well-versed in various areas, including Workmen's Compensation, employment disputes, PIP arbitrations and personal injury claims. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our personal injury team New Jersey. As a key member of our pre litigation team, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, dashboards are utilized effectively, important processes are followed, and managing overall quality control. In addition, you will play a crucial role in training team members are non-substantive related matters, helping them work smarter and improve their organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:

    · Quality Control: Oversee and maintain the quality of work within the pre litigation department, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.

    · Task Management: Monitor the progress of tasks ensuring they are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.

    · Dashboard Utilization: Collaborate with team members to ensure the dashboards are utilized effectively providing valuable insights and streamlining workflows.

    · Process improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient solutions.

    · Training and Development: Act as a trainer for non-substantive related material, providing guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

    · Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement quality assurance metrics, conduct audits, and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent improvement.

    · Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities, including audits, metrics, and corrective actions.

    · Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

    · Compliance: Ensure all necessary legal and regulatory requirements are met staying up to date with industry best practices and changes in relevant laws.

    Qualifications:

    · Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

    · Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear instructions, guidance, and feedback to team members.

    · Problem Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify issues think critically and propose effective solutions.

    · Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in utilizing various computer software tools, including dashboard and project management systems, and case management systems.

    · Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a changing priorities and handle tight deadlines with a calm and composed demeanor.
