Job Title: STUDIO Fitting Specialist
Company Overview: PGA TOUR Superstore, a family-oriented business striving to inspire people through the sports of golf and tennis, is looking for a dedicated STUDIO Fitting Specialist to join their team.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the STUDIO Fitting Specialist collaborates with all store associates and the leadership team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience and execute company directives.
Overall Function of this Position:
The STUDIO Fitting Specialist upholds the 'Customer First' philosophy of PGA TOUR Superstore, providing a top-notch experience aligned with their Mission Statement. This specialized role offers a unique fitting experience using cutting-edge technology, components, and techniques to enhance the customer's journey.
- The STUDIO Fitting Specialist ensures a clean, organized, and stocked work area
- They utilize expert product knowledge to make effective equipment recommendations and drive sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service during club fitting experiences
- Educate customers on golf club technology and fitting techniques
- Train other associates on fitting methods
- Maintain product and industry knowledge
- Implement merchandising standards and ensure a safe shopping environment
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Business acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to organize priorities and multi-task efficiently
This role requires a G.E.D. or high school diploma, with 3-5 years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred. Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
