    As we grow, we are looking for a skilled Reinsurance Data Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing data architectures tailored to our reinsurance operations. Your duties will involve grasping the intricate data requirements of reinsurance processes, devising strategies for effective data management, integration, and analysis, and playing a key role in the upcoming IT Roadmap implementation alongside our team and external consultants.

    Responsibilities:


    - Data Architecture Design: Collaborate with consultants to design robust and scalable data architectures meeting the unique needs of reinsurance operations.


    - Data Operations: Support changes in the business operating model to align with data requirements.


    - Data Integration: Develop strategies for integrating data from diverse sources while ensuring quality and reliability.


    - Data Governance: Enforce data governance policies for security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.


    - Data Warehousing and Storage: Oversee the design and implementation of data warehouse infrastructure.


    - Data Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate to design and implement data visualization tools and reports.


    - Data Architecture Governance: Provide oversight for adherence to data architecture best practices.


    - Documentation: Prepare technology documentation for compliance and security purposes.


    - Vendor Collaboration: Partner with vendors to implement data-related tools and services.


    - Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends and enhance data management processes.


    - All Other Duties Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required.

    Experience, Education, and Competencies:


    - Experience in data architecture for reinsurance or insurance companies.


    - 7-14 years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, or consulting.


    - Expertise in data integration, visualization, and BI platforms.


    - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.


    - Strong analytical and communication skills.


    - Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.


    - Results-oriented with a sense of ownership and impact.
