Prolink Healthcare is looking for an experienced Long Term Care Complaint Investigators for an assignment in various locations in New York. This assignment is for 13 weeks and ideal candidates must have at least two years of experience.

**Rental Car, Housing and travel provided**

Details:

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: 40 hrs,
• Preferred Start Date: 5/6 or 5/13
• Schedule: Mon. - Fri., 8am - 5pm
• Locations: Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, New Rochelle, Long Island, NYC locations available

Requirements:

• New York RN/LPN or Social Work License
• SMQT Certification
• Healthcare Surveying experience
