- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or other behavioral science related field.
- SED Child case managers must have one year of full-time employment experience working directly with children in a human service setting post degree. A Master's degree may be substituted for this experience.
- Must complete a 12 hour Targeted Case Management certification program (paid for by EICS if not already trained) offered and approved by the state.
- Must also complete a certification program within six months of employment (also paid for by EICS).
- Valid driver's license, reliable operating transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.
- Bachelor's Degree with at least one year experience working with youth with emotional/mental health needs, developmental needs and/or special needs.
- Master's degree.
- Knowledge of mental health issues, child development, and community supports.
- Provide direct face-to-face services to link clients to resources and programs to address identified needs.
- Assist clients in developing a Person-Centered plan of care.
- Provide ongoing monitoring to ensure services are being furnished in accordance with the plan of care.

EICS IS HIRING CASE MANAGERSThe Case Manager advocates for, and assists clients with, gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, or other services to address identified needs and achieve specific goals. The Case Manager provides ongoing assessment and support to engage potential clients and promote links to services during a critical engagement point. The Case Manger provides referrals and information to increase education for clients and families on available resources, increase support networks, and coordinate care among multiple service providers such as Physicians, Mental Health Treatment Team, Department of Community Based Services, Juvenile Justice, schools and health care providers. The Case manager participates as a member of a team established to respond to population specific areas, i.e., child and adolescent with severe emotional disabilities. The Case Manager maintains regular direct and indirect contact with clients and others who play a significant, vital role in the client's life.Required Education and Experience:
