    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented EUD Tech to join our San Antonio team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting all CAN devices as a primary role, and as a secondary role as time permits, desktop devices to include desktop VTCs and associated equipment, such as MFDs, laptops, and conference rooms. What separates you from other candidates is a demonstration of networking experience, teaming skills, customer interaction, a strong sense of urgency, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Provides installation/troubleshooting and daily operational support to the VOIP phones, Teleconferencing equipment, AVMM/conference rooms, printers, desktop computers, other hardware devices as requested, and completes associated cabling work.
    • Supports refresh, modernization, projects, and STO activities as required.
    • Travels to support other locations within the area as needed.
    • Follows proper processes of equipment classification, handling and sanitization.
    • Conducts equipment surveys, inventories, completes database updates, and assists with logistical services for associated equipment.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Technical Bachelor's Degree, and 3 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware support, Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience in IT hardware support, or High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of experience in IT hardware support.
    • Possess an IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD M such as Security +. If candidate has a level I certification (A+, Net+, etc), must complete level II certification within one year. If candidate has no certification, must complete level II certification within 6 months.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting CAN networking requirements (configurations, port security, VLAN assignments, etc).
    • CCNA Certification
    • Experience with a ticketing system.
    • Quality cabling skills in installation, splicing, and fabrication.
    • Customer facing experience

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph

    Physical Requirements:

    • The person in this position is capable of performing in a physically active role requiring bending, walking, lifting, pushing and assisting others manipulate equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
