Job description
Touchstone Communities is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to lead our night shift team at one of our senior living facilities in Texas.
As an LVN Charge Nurse, you will be integral in providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the night.
This role requires a deep understanding of nursing care principles, excellent communication skills, and the capability to handle emergency situations effectively.
You will oversee the nursing staff and ensure adherence to all facility policies and regulatory standards, making crucial decisions relating to patient care and staff management.
