    Job DescriptionSalary:

    **SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE**

    DeCook Landscaping is hiring a Full-Time Landscape Laborer. Top Pay. We offer Health Insurance, 401K Retirement Benefit with Employer Match, Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance, Vacation and Holiday Compensation, Boot and Clothing Allowance. Must have a valid driver's license. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact us at if interested.

    Worker Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work as part of a team and take direction
    • Maintain safe worksite and make use of proper PPE
    • Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles
    • Reports for work at designated location on time each day
    • Interact with clients as needed to ensure job satisfaction
    • Keep accurate timesheet records
    • Attend training classes as requested by management
    • Always represent the company's best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism
    • Able to lift 85 lbs
    • Able to operate small equipment

    Requirements:

    • Valid drivers license
    • 2+ years of landscaping experience
