If so, we might have just the opportunity you're looking for Idaho National Laboratory's (INL) Infrastructure Analysis group is seeking forward-thinking professionals interested in exploring a career as a Critical Infrastructure Analyst. Our team works on-site with a 9x80 schedule located at our REC/EROB facility with every other Friday off This is a part-time position working between 20-29 hours. Responsibilities Include: This position supports core functions within the Critical Infrastructure Security & Resilience (CISR) division at INL and is expected to support strategic objectives to generate and sustain a unique critical infrastructure analysis and regional resilience capability for the division. This position will be part of an innovative team of geospatial scientists and critical infrastructure analysts that support a complex and broad range of INL mission areas including regional critical infrastructure resilience studies, critical infrastructure interdependency and cascading effect research, emergency response, all hazards threat analysis, critical infrastructure cyber/physical interactions, data analytics and visualization research, and advanced custom geospatial application development. Activities will include providing technical evaluations and supporting creation of infrastructure reports, documents and products associated with critical infrastructure analysis related to risk and resilience, cross-sector interdependencies, system vulnerabilities, consequences and cascading impacts from a holistic, all-hazards perspective (e.g., cyber, physical, natural hazard). The employee will work with geospatial tools to represent critical infrastructure systems and dependencies, including ArcGIS, All Hazards Analysis (AHA), and Google Earth Pro. The employee must demonstrate the ability to adapt to new technologies and practice scientific problem solving to identify, promote, and develop new technical capabilities that may result in intellectual property, publications, copyrights and/or patents. The candidate must also be able to maintain awareness of emerging trends in critical infrastructure protection and geospatial sciences research areas. This is an early to mid level position where the candidate may initially have little experience with the various job aspects, but is expected to grow in understanding quickly. The candidate will work under close or general supervision involving detailed instructions and regular and frequent review of work performance associated with job functions. Contacts associated with this position will primarily be within immediate division. The position requires demonstrated initiative, excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail. Minimum Requirements:

PR0200: Bachelors degree and 2 years experience or Master's degree and 1 year experience.
PR0300: Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience or Master's degree and 3 years experience.
When required, must be able to work in a restricted work environment to include handling/storing/processing CUI information.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

Job Information

PR0200: Salary Grade 200 ($81,288 - $134,100).
PR0300: Salary Grade 210 ($93,492 - $154,212).
