GIS Technician

• Location: El Dorado, AR

Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels, and convenience store retailing. The refining assets include refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana with a combined crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day. Delek also operates Delek Logistics Partners, LP, which focuses on midstream energy infrastructure assets. Additionally, Delek is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States.

Job Summary:

The GIS Technician will support the Manager of GIS and Records Management in recording and storing electronic and paper records following company standards. This role involves processing information requests, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting GIS operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently prioritize personal safety and the safety of assets, employees, and the public.
• Correctly identify and store all documents according to company rules.
• Offer administrative assistance to the Manager and GIS Analysts.
• Manage physical records system.
• Provide analytics and feedback to management.
• Support Integrity and Compliance tasks.
• Perform additional assigned duties.

Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

• Associate's degree in Geography, GIS, or computer science.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GIS systems and databases.
• Willingness to attend industry events and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo drug/alcohol screening.

Preferred Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in GIS or Library Sciences.
• 2-5 years of experience in GIS or record system management.
