    About the Project Manager Role:


    Hearthside will become the world's most trusted partner in food, and this transformative growth is enabled by numerous large-scale initiatives that Hearthside's Transformation PMO manages.

    Hearthside is looking for a PMO manager who will ensure that Hearthside's Transformational programs follow the same rigor by facilitating collaboration among our teams and by providing transparency to our leaders.

    Our transformational initiatives are dynamic, which means we need an experienced partner who is comfortable with ambiguity, experienced across various functions, and has executed or managed complex projects.

    This is a hybrid role out of our Downers Grove corporate office.


    Job Duties:
    Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:Project Management
    • Lead & project manage Hearthside's large scale initiatives Defines a project's scope, team, timeline, project plan, and milestones.
    As unknown changes & challenges arise, you will analyze the existing work/assumptions and act to make necessary changesDefine and measure success metricsCollaborate
    • Facilitate collaboration among HFS team members to bring in different points of view into projectsPartner
    • Assist finance, engineering, sales, or operations complete unknown tasks across the life of the projectLead
    • As the project leader, you will be responsible for leading, providing guidance, and coaching teams cross functionallyCareer Growth
    • You will be an integral part of Hearthside's transformation, and Hearthside will provide you opportunities to expand your current skillset to grow in your career.
    Train - Train specific groups of Hearthside Employees on project management
