- Oversees up to 2 General Managers and store locations.

We are looking for motivated leaders who are willing to work hard and lead by example A team-oriented approach to management allows us to utilize everyone's talents while actualizing their potential in other areas. The ideal Smithfield's manager believes that a positive outlook is contagious in the workplace and understands how that affects the entire restaurant. Our Multi-Unit Operations Managers are tasked with leading. This will entail maintaining consistent goals surrounding hospitality and the customer experience, maintaining operations excellence and leading our sales and profit growth. The Operations Manager will partner with direct reports (General Managers, Assistant General Managers) and other various support services to develop a strong internal bench of future store managers. With guidance, coaching, and support from the Operations Manager, General Managers will fulfill the mission and promise of the brand in each of our restaurants.
