Description

Responsibilities:

• Assess damage to vehicles and plan repair procedures


• Mend damaged body parts by hammering out or filling in dents, welding broken parts and ensuring all gaps and fits are to industry standards


• Operate various hand and power tools such as welders, soldering equipment, cutting torches, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sanders and spray guns


• Fabricate new panels or replace defective ones while adhering to quality control standards


• Inspect repaired surfaces before turning the vehicle over to the Paint Department for finishing touches
