Description
We are excited to represent our client in Austin as they seek a DevOps Engineer to join their team.As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and infrastructure automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop CI/CD pipelines that automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health, performance, and security of infrastructure and applications.
Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with expertise in implementing DevOps practices and tools.
Strong proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Solid understanding of networking, security, and compliance principles in cloud environments.
Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
