    This role is responsible for maximizing revenue by delivering exceptional customer service, efficiently handling guest accounts, and assisting with all aspects of the guest experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in process.
    • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
    • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
    • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
    • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

    **Work Environment:** Our hotels are dynamic and fast-paced environments that require multitasking and adaptability. Team members must be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
