    We are currently growing our Marketing team and are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Marketing Associate to work closely with the Marketing Director to assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy. The qualified candidate will assist with ongoing marketing campaigns, plan, compose, execute and track online content on the company's social media accounts, manage and maintain the company's intranet, and assist with inventory management and distribution coordination of all marketing collateral and promotional items to all markets. Additionally, will have the ability to assist with organizing and attending company events outside regular business hours to facilitate their success. The perfect candidate for this position is willing to work hard and grow with the company.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    • Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
    • Assist in maintaining inventory of promotional items and marketing collateral and updating spreadsheets.
    • Maintain company's Intranet.
    • Assist in the organizing of company events, and attend them to facilitate their success, on an as needed basis.
    • Maintain reports for use in tracking the success various marketing campaigns.
    • Provide administrative support for the marketing/business development department for special projects as needed.

    Education and Experience Required

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required.
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, experience with hosting events is a plus.
    • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, and database software, adobe creative suite preferred.
    • Experience with various social media applications such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
