- Fosters a collaborative model of practice to promote the growth and success of the Dignity Health Medical Group and St Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center as a whole;
- Collaborates with the Anesthesia Physician Lead to develop and implement educational programs within the department;
- Interest in educating residents, and students;
- Works with the Manager and staff in the development and enhancement of practice guidelines;
- Exemplifies mission-appropriate excellence;
- Perform such other reasonable duties as may be assigned from time to time
- MD or DO Degree and Active Board Certification/Eligible
- Candidates should have completed an ACGME-accredited residency
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona State medical licensure
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges

Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) is seeking outstanding, passionate, and patient-centric Anesthesiologists to roll out our new Anesthesia service line at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in central Phoenix. We are nationally recognized for quality tertiary care, medical education and research. This position reports to the Anesthesia Service Line Dyad (Anesthesia Physician Lead and Operations Lead) as part of Dignity Health Medical Group, AZ.
