    • Strong GM and P&L management skills
    • Global sourcing knowledge, primarily from Asia, with some exposure to Italy and Turkey
    • Success in hiring and developing top talent
    • Deep understanding of customer experience, including reputation management
    • Proficient in product development through supplier collaboration
