    Description

    Part-Time Attorney

    Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area

    Hours: Variable, initially around 10 hours per week with potential for growth

    Salary: $35/hour - $50/hour (based on experience)

    Responsibilities:

    1. Representing clients in various legal proceedings by making court appearances.
    2. Providing legal advice and assistance in litigation matters.
    3. Conducting thorough legal research and preparing necessary legal documents.
    4. Representing clients in mediation sessions and settlement negotiations.
    5. Collaborating with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
    6. Keeping abreast of relevant laws and regulations in Texas.
    7. Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

    Requirements:

    1. Current license to practice law in Texas.
    2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    3. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible part-time schedule.
