- Supervise the delivery of nursing services and patient care, meeting or exceeding standards and performance measures.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Graduate of accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support or CPR/AED certification.
- Registered Nurse License (Hawaii).
- Experience in clinical nursing leadership.
- Knowledge of quality improvement and budgeting.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- ACLS certification preferred.
