    This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers while aligning with our business goals.

    Responsibilities
    Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies. Utilize various research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
    Define clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into tangible features and functionalities.
    Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic objectives, customer feedback, and resource constraints. Make data-driven decisions and trade-offs to maximize the value delivered by the product.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives.

    Lead the cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development.
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of products and features. Monitor performance, analyze data, and iterate on product improvements to drive continuous growth and innovation. Make data/ROI-driven decisions. Own the results and KPIs.
    Develop product roadmap and build alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners. Implement best-in-class product development and management practices.
    Coordinating deliverables and timelines with the extended team (including remote employees). This includes making appropriate trade-offs and user acceptance testing the final deliverable.
    Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers. Effectively manage team performance, morale, budgets, and skill sets.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    8+ years of experience in product management.
    At least 3 years in a leadership role.

    Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing mobile or web applications, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

    Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
    Experience with product analytics tools, A/B testing, and user research techniques.

    Base Salary Range:
    $121,000.00 to $163,

    The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
