Job summary
The Community Nurse is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a loving and safe environment for all of our residents.The job requires knowledge of Illinois Supportive Living Program Regulations and compliance needs. The nurse must administer prescribed medications; document resident condition; assist with preparation for annual licensure by HFS;
Able to multitask; excellent interpersonal skills are required as well as ability to read, write and follow written direction in English language.
