    The IT Systems Analyst Intern, under the direction of a manager or above, assists in the design,
    development and implementation of departmental processes and/or programs.

    Reporting position: The IT Systems Analyst Intern reports to the Associate Vice President, Enterprise
    Systems.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    - Provide technical assistance and support to faculty, staff, and students as requested.
    - Assist with technical writing and the documentation of Enterprise Systems.
    - Create or modify application functionality using programming or scripting languages including but
    not limited to T-SQL, PL/SQL, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, and C#.
    - Assist with monitoring, assigning, and creating tickets in ServiceNow
    - Research and evaluate applications and services for use by the institution.
    -Provide a matrix when possible, detailing features within each different application or service.
    - Other duties as assigned.
    Required Qualifications
    - Must be a current full-time undergraduate/graduate UNF student in good academic standing.
    - Must be available 20 hours each week.
    Preferred Qualifications
    -Preference given to students enrolled with a concentration in Information Technology or majoring in Computer Science.
