    Program Director Responsibilities:

    • Lead our team of Other Licensed Practitioners (OLP Clinicians) who deliver targeted, strengths-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to address youth behavioral health needs.
    • Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices that highlight and enhance families' strengths.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and performance standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field.
    • Must hold independent NY state licensure (LCSW or LMHC).
    • At least 2 years of experience supervising clinicians working with children, youth, and families in home or community settings preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of child, youth, and family services.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

    Compensation:
