    The MRI Technologist at Inova Health System plays a vital role in providing clinical services according to established standards. Responsibilities include administering patient care, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining equipment and work areas.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Communicates effectively with patients to obtain clinical history and consent
    • Assists physicians during examinations
    • Demonstrates patient safety measures
    • Performs routine maintenance of imaging equipment

    Requirements for Consideration:

    • Graduate of an accredited radiography school or MRI certification
    • Valid licensures and certifications
    • Prior experience as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist or MRI Technologist preferred
    • Basic Life Support certification required
