Boutique insurance coverage and bad faith litigation firm seeks several attorneys with at least 2 to 10 years' experience.
Ideal candidates will have experience in both first and third party insurance disputes and strong writing skills. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including pleading, law and motion, written discovery, and depositions.
Federal court experience is preferred, as the firm's practice is primarily in federal court. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Appellate experience is preferred but not required.
Salary dependent upon experience.
Firm requires 1850 hours per year, and pays bonus for hours in excess of requirement. Firm offers health insurance, disability insurance, and 401K (with defined matching).
