    Primary responsibilities are to:

    • Act as Business Owner for Global Operations and Supply Chain related elements of IT systems including ERP systems (Currently Oracle / Power BI) and Reporting systems and tools.
    • Defines and implements digital strategies and associated change management for Global Supply Chain.
    • Manages projects to implement changes in the use of Global Supply Chain Systems. Trains users in new systems or major changes in existing systems.
    • Act as Business Owner for Supply Chain related elements of Master Data Management.
    • Assess, develop and manage best practices and processes to optimize and expand use of Oracle ERP, reporting tools and other IT systems within the Integra Supply Chain, including Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return processes.
    • Act as Global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the use of relevant systems, including
    • Skills Assessments
    • Data and process assessments
    • Training & Onboarding
    • Providing specialist guidance and support as required
    • Implementation change management
    • Liaise with IT functions to ensure accuracy and integrity of all Business Intelligence systems and tools, including Cognos and other BI environment.
    • Communicate in an articulate and clear manner with senior management.
    • Liaise with BI Support to develop, maintain and enhance Supply Chain reports.
    • Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) processes with development of reports and data.
    • Support system implementations, upgrades and other projects, including participation with delivering training and guidance on system setup and use.
    • Support Business Development activity on an as-needed basis.
