- Analyze existing contracts and pricing agreements to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved margins.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas of overpayment or inefficiencies in processes.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for new contracts and agreements.
- Develop and maintain a centralized contract management system to streamline administration and ensure compliance.
- Help evaluate, analyze, and manage GPO contracts and reporting, ensuring compliance to contractual obligations
- Monitor market trends and competitive pricing to inform pricing strategies and optimize sell prices for key accounts.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Support sales teams in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities based on contract terms and customer needs.
- Manage and administer contracts ensuring compliance and maximizing value for the organization.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential new business opportunities and market trends.
- Provide support in the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business pitches and client meetings.
- Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to enhance data management processes and reporting capabilities.
- Assist in training sales and procurement teams on contract terms, pricing strategies, and best practices.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Vice President of Sales Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in contract management, sales analysis, finance, or procurement within a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and BI tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to senior leadership.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and contract negotiation.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and contract management software is a plus.
