- Quarterly One on One assessment of Vascular Techs within region
- Random quarterly imaging audits of Vascular Techs within region
- 99% of missing images accounted for within region
- 100% of missing documentation accounted for within region
- Facilitate communication with Vascular Techs within region as disseminated by Corporate Director of the Vascular Lab with oversight of day to day responsibilities
- Work in collaboration with the Director of the Vascular Lab to ensure company policy and procedures are being upheld
- Work together with the team members at the center(s) to reach center goals
- Assist with training of new hires and ongoing training and quality assurance of current Vascular Technologist staff.
- Assist, as needed, at community events sponsored by CVR
- Other duties as necessary to achieve goals in addition to the duties specified in Vascular Technologist Job Description
- Assisting with securing coverage for DVT program for region.
- Associates Degree
- Must be willing to travel to regions: AZ, NM, TX and AK
- Must be certified as Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or obtain RVT credential within 6 months of hire to position.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience as a Vascular Tech required.
- CPR & AED certification
- Must have reliable transportation
- MUST have a minimum of 2yrs Venous Insufficiency experience
- Excellent clinical skills
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service by being sensitive to patients' needs and feelings
- Dedicated to follow-through and results
- Very detail-oriented
- Flexibility and adaptability as it relates to schedules, responsibilities and priorities
- Knowledge of physician medical practices as a whole preferable
- The ability to interact with, support, and influence positively the behavior and activities of patients, physicians and staff/co-employees

The Regional Vascular Tech Manager performs all required ultrasound and clinical evaluations at a technical level requiring limited supervision in the same manner as all other Vascular Techs.
